Pars Arvin Construction, Inc. was founded in 1993 as a small construction company in Los Angeles. After proving itself in small projects and the quality and reliability that was unique for a small company, Pars Arvin became known among city planning committees and is now one of the major contributors to the Los Angeles Public School renovation project contractors.
